SIVA ARCHITECTURE
Abreast the stability of the present situation for the social development and poverty reduction policy view, the miscellaneous frameworks have been innovating the direction faces into pushing the alert human resource development in Cambodia. Although our country is one of the most backing countries and extremely integrating amnesty it is an obligation for a reply of what is actually required by our respondent society. With as regarding what the potential is, and what the important establishment is, we’d all face each other to accept the actual situation as well as view our valuable contribution to developing our society. At the same time, I would like to insist on appealing for a strand of cooperation to support the outstanding framework in the outlook of a better future for the generations, which is its convenience for the world to recognize the reputation and dignity of our country.
Under these changing circumstances, my first concept creation is also an idea creation of you who all wish to join the action to develop our education as well as social development. Consequently, we have started up step by step, and steps will be taken to seek new discoveries that will bring us to reach out our destination in which is all your valuable contribution. It could be said that the beginning of the 21st century that is stepping up to catch its promised conduct. As promised providers to an achievement, which is one of our actual responsibilities what is to do and maximize the level of intelligence in that framework designation for the smooth process. But the happening of one thing that was not designed
by anybody may be destroyed by itself without any responsibility, it means that one concept creation is the idea creation first and we would design it with an actual responsibility to support the achievement as long as it survives forever, but if we don’t start to do that it will finally be ended without any result. So we just suggest all of you that time is gold and money and that if time is mixed together with common sense then it can only be created smoothly.
In joining the liberation of Cambodian educational awareness, on behalf of SIVA, I would humbly respect all of the patrons who’d have the spirit to encourage and give moral or financial support to SIVA - that has more difficulties, notwithstanding a partial facility of the concept modifiers who have shortage of all the way for the variable expenses which is the first mechanization in implementing the execution.
Turning our attention to the development framework, I have thought whatever always happens with somebody’s action who has done as long as surviving forever under the support of other people’s backing and exchanging advantages with each other for their specific goals toward the same point of their development destination also. To keep on surviving of long-term operation of the scope of our working group, we would like to appeal for support from Companies, Enterprises, Banks, local/non-organizations, Embassies, Clinics-Hospital and all of the government agencies to continue to help our club as well as joining activity of the social development.
