The Board of Directors is organized in the style of an administrative organization with 3 chairmen, 12 permanent members, and some support members. The election of permanent members shall be in accordance with the official proclamation of the meeting of the management.

Time demands development under the roof of peace. What I am most interested in is the development of capacity leading to social development as well. I am very optimistic that I will be involved in the Cambodian Service Activities (SIVA KHMERS) which has established a mechanism for the development of education. Human resources in Cambodia, and also determine the fate of all our students, who are the significant images of our society.

This is my personal opinion about the support for Siva Khmers activities (SIVA KHMERS), which is a manifestation of good deeds and can be a compass to show the direction for our Cambodian students to increase their knowledge and skills. Compare job knowledge or job management skills with foreign managers and be a reflection of the progress of human resource education in Cambodia.
